Privacy notice & service terms

Sonop is a best-effort reminder and notification aid. It is not an emergency service, a medical device, or a monitoring service, and it does not guarantee a response or contact emergency services. Your chosen emergency contacts and buddies are the responders.

What we store

Only what's needed to run the service: names, phone numbers (and optional emails), roles, check-in times and timezone, buddy access notes (logistics only), and message delivery status. We never store why someone is monitored or any health information.

Your rights

You can see who is in your circle and pause or leave at any time. You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data.
